Practicing can make you sound better..or worse
There is a lot more to this than this simple explanation. One can practice for many different things. If I was practicing for endurance for example I would adjust this.
the basic premise is: practice in short 20-30 min segments with short breaks and stop on a high point.
I will deal more with this in a later article.
