RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 5 days and return the item in its original condition, with the original invoice and original packaging.

No returns on reeds, neck straps, mouthpieces. Electronics return for store credit only.

We guarantee that all of our items to be as described and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. 

 We must receive the package in its original packaging and condition within  10 days ( 10 days allows for shipping)of receipt for a refund. We can only refund the item price.

Shipping and handling is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost when returning your merchandise.  We recommend you to insure the package and ship with a reliable carrier.  If the package happens to arrive damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file damage claim against their carrier.

If your merchandise is returned in any other condition, we will refund the item price (shipping and handling is nonrefundable) minus a 30% restocking fee if any of the follow occurs (at our sole discretion):

The merchandise is not returned in its original packaging and condition
The merchandise has broken parts
The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as "used"
All returns must be returned  postage paid regardless of reason
