Music Studio rates.
Our rates are based on a continuing monthly studio membership which gives you 2-2.5( or 4-5) hours of instruction.
Lessons can be had any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday or Friday . In addition Saturdays (when there is no orchestra) are reserved for make up lessons. You may book them and move them around online using our online calendar, we are "on call" for your convenience.
You can have a longer lesson one week and a shorter one the next as suits the amount of work you have prepared, the time is yours to use.
Some weeks you may have lots of questions or a big concert to prepare for, other weeks you will have had little time to prepare this schedule will accommodate that.
The rates for this is $90/month for 2-2.5 hours and $180 for 4-5 hours. This gives you a place in my studio and full access to the website and other resources.
It means I have reserved a place for you in my teaching schedule. I have made a time commitment you must make a monetary one.
To get this rate you must be taking lessons for every month during the school year. If you want to pick and choose the months you come for you pay at a higher rate( 100 per month), there is no guarantee that you will have a place in the studio and web site privileges are limited.

- Lessons that you don't show up for are lost.
- I need a day's notice to change lesson times.
- All months are full teaching months including December.
- If you stop your full studio membership you will have to register again $35 (if there is a spot open).
- Pay for the year Year 80/month
- Monthly regular 90/month
- Monthly occasional 100/month lessons are the standard fixed time lessons.
Payment for all lessons is due in advance.
Normally to study with a teacher and player such as myself you would have to get into an elite music school.
There are amateur musicians in PG charging what we do.
We provide much more in terms of the extra things we do for students than is the norm.
This being the case these rates are a real bargain and as such are non negotiable.
Casual lessons
If you only want to book the occasional lesson or pay as you go then you pay at the full rate of $60/ per hour lesson or $30 for a half an hour lesson. If the time you book is wanted by a full time student then you will have to move or cancel your lesson.
