Lesson Rates/per month of 4 lessons
Rates $30 for 30 minutes. This is appropriate for beginners in their first couple of years. Students taking exams should have an hour to cover all the material.
Adults and very advanced students are 75/hour. (which is what I paid for an hour lesson in 1988.)
10% discount for full year sign up (9 months) Regular teaching days in PG are Thursday Friday
Flexible student lesson pass available $300 for 10 30 minute lessons.
Group lessons are 75//hour divided by the number of students.
Attendance and Missed Lessons
Students are expected to attend their lessons regularly, on a weekly basis. If a student gives notification of the inability to attend a lesson we regret that there will be no refund or a reduction of fees.
You have paid to reserve a time. That means I can't teach any other student during that time. I have very limited teaching times.
In the event of an unavoidable absence by the student, such as accident or illness a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to the teacher, of the student’s inability to attend a lesson in order for a makeup lesson to be considered.
Any missed lesson time, if warranted, must be made up before the end of the school year (June 30). Missed lesson time can not be “banked” for credit and will not be rolled-over to the summer months.
If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be made up at a mutually convenient time for the student and the teacher.
