Make sure that you pack your instruments well for shipping. The instrument should not be able to slide around in it's case. Cases that do not close well ought to be taped shut. If we have to supply packing for the return tip thee will be a small extra charge.
Insure them for their proper value and leave a note in the case (if we have not spoken) stating what repairs are required and your contact information.

 IN Canada

We have used Greyhound Bus for 14 years now without any problems. They will call us to pick up the instrument from the depot. Canada Post has also worked well for us.

We will ship them back the same way unless advised otherwise

For our US Customers

  • Pack it well
  • Use FedEx
  • Use the FedEx International waybill   Link

  • Do not put the dollar value as $0, it will cause delays, mark between it $1 and $50
  • You will  need the harmonized code for what you are shipping.Wind instruments are 920590 this is the HS code
